Access continues through the end of your paid subscription term. Once the term ends and the cancellation is processed, account access is terminated.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

You have a 30-day window after your subscription ends to export your data from the account portal. After 30 days, Chili Piper permanently deletes all account data.

How much notice do I need to give to avoid auto-renewal?

You must submit written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of your current subscription term. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same term length (or 1 year, whichever is shorter) without this notice.

Can I cancel a monthly plan at any time?

Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum commitment. After completing the minimum, you can cancel with 30 days notice before the next billing period.

Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?

Check your onboarding emails or account portal for your assigned Account Manager (AM) or Customer Success Manager (CSM). Every Chili Piper account is assigned both contacts.

Review your contract end date

Check your subscription term end date — you must submit a non-renewal notice at least 30 days before the term ends to avoid automatic renewal for the same period.

Submit cancellation request

Email your Account Manager, CSM, or support@chilipiper.com requesting cancellation or non-renewal. Include your account email address and company name. There is no self-service cancellation button in the dashboard.

Receive written confirmation

Wait for written confirmation of cancellation from the Chili Piper team. Keep this confirmation for your records.

Export your data

After cancellation is confirmed, log back into your account and export all data you need. You have a 30-day window after the subscription ends before Chili Piper permanently deletes all account data.
