How to Cancel FullStory (2026)

Log in to FullStory
Go to app.fullstory.com and sign in with your account credentials.
Open Account Settings
Click your profile or account icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the account menu.
Navigate to Subscription
Go to Settings > Account Management > Subscription to view your current plan details.
Click 'Adjust Plan'
Click the 'Adjust Plan' button. Note: this does not immediately cancel — for annual/enterprise plans it routes a request to your Account Executive or the FullStory sales team.
Select a cancellation reason
When prompted, select your reason for cancelling or downgrading from the dropdown list.
Confirm downgrade to Free plan
Confirm you want to downgrade to the Free plan (30,000 sessions/month). This is the self-service path; full contract termination for annual plans requires written notice (see step 7).
Send written notice of non-renewal (annual plans)
If you are on an annual contract, send written notice to support@fullstory.com or your Account Executive at least 60 days before your subscription renewal date. Missing this window results in automatic renewal for another 12 months.
