Sign in to Mode

Go to app.mode.com/signin and log in with your Mode account credentials.

Open your account menu

Click your name or workspace name in the upper left corner of the Mode home screen to open the account dropdown menu.

Go to Workspace Settings

Navigate to Billing

Initiate cancellation

Complete the cancellation survey
