Sign in to Redis Cloud console
Go to https://cloud.redis.io/ and sign in with your account. You must be logged in as the Account Owner — only Account Owners can cancel subscriptions.
Delete all databases in the subscription
In the left navigation, click 'Databases'. For each database: click the database name to open it, scroll down to the 'Danger Zone' section, and click the 'Delete' button. In the confirmation dialog, if this is the last database in the subscription, you can check the box labeled 'Delete my subscription and stop my payment' to cancel both the database and subscription in one step (skip steps 3–5 if you do this).
Confirm database deletion
In the deletion confirmation dialog, confirm you want to delete the database. If there are multiple databases, repeat Step 2 for each one until all databases are removed from the subscription.
Navigate to Subscriptions
In the top navigation, click 'Subscriptions'. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
Open the Overview tab
Click the 'Overview' tab on the subscription page. Scroll down to find the deletion option — the 'Delete subscription' button only appears after all databases have been removed.
Click 'Delete subscription'
Click the 'Delete subscription' button (some UI versions label it 'Cancel Subscription'). A confirmation dialog will appear — click 'Delete subscription' (or 'Yes, cancel') to permanently delete the subscription and stop all charges.
Cancel marketplace billing if applicable
If you subscribed via AWS Marketplace, go to AWS Console → AWS Marketplace → Manage Subscriptions, find Redis Cloud, and unsubscribe. If via Google Cloud Marketplace, go to Google Cloud Console → Marketplace → Your Orders and cancel the Redis Cloud order. Skipping this step will result in continued marketplace billing.
