Open Account Settings

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page, then select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.

Go to Membership & Payments

In the left-side navigation menu of Account Settings, click "Membership & Payments".

Click 'Cancel membership'

Scroll down to find the "Cancel membership" button and click it to begin the cancellation flow.

Complete the cancellation survey

Skillshare will present a short survey asking why you are cancelling. Select your reason from the options provided. A retention offer or discount may appear at this stage — click "Continue to cancel" or "No thanks" to proceed without accepting.

Confirm cancellation

Review the cancellation confirmation screen showing your access end date, then click "Confirm cancellation" (or equivalent confirm button) to finalise.
