Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Your service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. Ubiquiti does not cut off access immediately upon cancellation.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

No. Ubiquiti does not issue prorated refunds upon cancellation. You retain access through the remainder of your paid billing period, but no partial refund is provided for unused time.

What happens to my recordings and data after cancellation?

Since UniFi Protect stores footage locally on your own hardware (NVR, Cloud Key, Dream Machine, etc.), your recordings are not affected by cancelling a cloud plan.
