Log in to Wrike
Go to wrike.com and sign in with your account credentials. You must be the account Owner or Admin to cancel.
Open Account Management
Click your profile avatar or profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen. Select 'Account Management' from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to the Subscription tab
In the Account Management panel, click on the 'Subscription' tab in the left sidebar to view your current plan and billing details.
Attempt self-service downgrade (if eligible)
If you are on a Business plan with a yearly subscription, 15 or fewer paid seats, no add-ons, and a renewable contract, a 'Downgrade to Free Plan' button will appear in the upper-right corner of the Subscription page. Click it to self-serve. Trial accounts also see this button.
Contact your Account Manager or Renewals Manager (most users)
For most paid plans (Team, Business with add-ons, Enterprise, Pinnacle), self-service cancellation is not available. Submit a support request via help.wrike.com or email support@team.wrike.com stating you want to cancel. You will be assigned to a Renewals Manager who processes the cancellation.
Submit cancellation request at least 30 days before renewal
Clearly state your intent to cancel and your account email. Wrike's policy requires cancellation notice at least 30 days prior to your renewal date; requests submitted after that window may result in being billed for the next cycle.
Confirm cancellation via email
Wait for a confirmation email from Wrike Support confirming your subscription has been cancelled. Keep this email as proof. Your account remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
