Log in to Airtable
Go to airtable.com and sign in with your account.

Open Account Settings
Click your profile picture or initials in the top-right corner and select 'Account' from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Billing
In the Account settings, click 'Billing' to view your current plan, next renewal date, and payment method.

Cancel Plan
Click 'Cancel plan' or 'Downgrade to free'. Airtable will list the features you will lose, such as extended record limits, attachments, and automations.

Confirm Cancellation
Select a cancellation reason and click 'Confirm cancellation'. Airtable will email a confirmation. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period, then your workspaces downgrade to the free plan.
