Launch the ClassPass app on your phone or visit classpass.com and log in to your account.
Tap your profile icon in the bottom-right corner of the app, then tap 'Settings' or 'Account'.
Tap 'Plan' or 'Membership' to view your current plan and billing details.
You will see options to Pause or Cancel your membership. To cancel, select 'Cancel Membership' and note you may be offered a free pause first.
Follow the prompts, provide a reason for canceling, and confirm your decision. You will keep your remaining credits until they expire at your billing cycle end.
