Cancel subscription renewal
On the cancellation page, follow the on-screen prompts to cancel the auto-renewal of your Copysentry subscription. This stops future billing while keeping access through your current paid period.
Request refund if within 7 days (optional)
If you purchased within the last 7 days and want a full refund, contact Indigo Stream via the support form at copyscape.com/support.php and request a cancellation of your current subscription period under the EU 7-day refund policy.
