Confirm there is no subscription
Decap CMS (formerly Netlify CMS) is 100% free and open-source software (MIT License). It has no paid tiers, no account registration, and no SaaS dashboard. There is nothing to cancel in the traditional sense.
Remove Decap CMS from your project
To stop using Decap CMS, uninstall the package from your project. Run 'npm uninstall decap-cms-app' (or 'npm uninstall gatsby-plugin-netlify-cms' for Gatsby sites). Then delete the /admin/index.html and /admin/config.yml files from your repository.
Cancel any optional PM TechHub support contract (if applicable)
If you paid for optional professional services (onboarding, monthly priority support, or custom development) through the Decap CMS partner PM TechHub, contact them directly at decap@p-m.si to cancel. These are third-party service contracts, not software subscriptions.
Cancel Netlify hosting separately (if applicable)
If you are also cancelling a Netlify hosting account (which is separate from Decap CMS software), go to https://app.netlify.com, click your user avatar in the top-right, select 'User settings', scroll to the bottom, and click the red 'Delete user' button. Note that this will make all your Netlify-hosted sites inaccessible.
