Open MyFitnessPal and go to Settings
Launch the MyFitnessPal app, tap 'More' at the bottom right, and then tap 'Settings'.

Tap on Subscription
In the Settings menu, find and tap 'Subscription' to view your current Premium plan details.

Select Cancel Subscription
Tap 'Cancel Subscription' or the relevant cancellation option shown on screen.

Confirm your cancellation
Follow the prompts to confirm. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you will be redirected to cancel there.
