What happens to my Gnome Cloud virtual tours after I cancel?

Tours hosted on Gnome Cloud become temporarily blocked and inaccessible to visitors once the subscription expires. They are not deleted and can be restored by reactivating a subscription.

Will I get a refund if I cancel?

Garden Gnome generally does not offer refunds. Their policy is that a fully functional (watermarked) trial is available before purchase, so they recommend trying before buying. Contact support@ggnome.com for exceptional circumstances.

Is there a free trial before I'm charged?

Yes — there is a 90-day trial period before the first charge is applied to your account.

Can I switch to a perpetual license instead of subscribing?

Open Subscriptions

In the left-side account menu, click 'Subscriptions' to see your active plans.

View your Pano2VR subscription

Find your active Pano2VR subscription in the list and click the 'View' button next to it.

Click Cancel

On the subscription detail page, click the 'Cancel' button to initiate cancellation.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation when prompted. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
