Log into Runway
Go to app.runwayml.com and sign in with your account.

Open workspace settings
Click on your workspace name or profile icon in the top-left corner, then select 'Settings' or 'Workspace Settings'.

Go to Plan & Billing
Navigate to the 'Plan & Billing' or 'Subscription' tab to view your current plan and usage.

Cancel your plan
Click 'Cancel Plan' or 'Downgrade to Free'. Runway will inform you about the credits and features you'll lose.

Confirm cancellation
Complete the cancellation survey and click 'Confirm'. Your remaining credits can be used until the billing period ends.
Retention Tips
If you cancel Runway ML, you'll lose your monthly GPU credits for video generation, access to Gen-3 Alpha and other premium models, higher resolution exports, and extended video generation lengths. Unused credits do not roll over.
