Log in to SocialBee
Go to app.socialbee.com and log in to your account.
Open Billing settings
Click on your profile/account icon and navigate to the 'Billing' section from the account menu.
Scroll to bottom of Billing page
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the Billing page until you see the cancellation option.
Click 'Cancel products'
Click the 'Cancel products' button. A pop-up dialog will appear allowing you to select which product or service you want to cancel.
Select the subscription to cancel
In the pop-up, choose the specific subscription/product you wish to cancel (e.g., your current plan).
Provide optional feedback
You may be prompted to share feedback about why you are cancelling. This step is optional.
Confirm cancellation
Read the final section carefully, tick the required confirmation checkboxes, then click the final confirm button to complete the cancellation. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
