Open MyTelkomsel App
Open the MyTelkomsel app on your phone and log in with your Telkomsel number. This is the primary method for cancelling data packages and VAS (Value Added Services) subscriptions.
Go to Packages & Subscriptions
Tap the three-line menu icon in the bottom right corner, then select 'Paket dan Berlangganan' (Packages and Subscriptions) from the menu.
View Active Subscriptions
Tap the 'Terjadwal' (Scheduled) tab to see all auto-renewing packages. Alternatively, from the home screen tap 'Detail Kuota' (Quota Details), then 'Lihat Semua' (View All) next to 'Paket Saya' (My Packages).
Select the Subscription to Cancel
Tap the specific package or VAS service you want to cancel. Each subscription must be cancelled individually — there is no 'cancel all' button.
Tap Stop Subscription
Tap 'Berhenti Berlangganan' (Stop Subscription) or 'Berhenti' (Stop) on the subscription detail screen.
Confirm Cancellation
Confirm the cancellation when prompted. You will receive an SMS confirmation that the subscription has been deactivated.
Check for Hidden VAS Subscriptions
If you suspect unknown VAS services draining your credit, dial *500# or *999# from your Telkomsel number. Navigate to 'Cek langganan' (Check subscriptions) to see all active paid services and stop them individually using *500*[service code]#.
