Log in to Timescale Cloud Console
Go to console.cloud.timescale.com and sign in with your Timescale account credentials.
Open the service you want to cancel
From the Services list on the dashboard, click the name of the service you want to delete. All services must be deleted individually to stop billing.
Navigate to the Operations tab
Once inside the service detail view, click the 'Operations' tab in the top navigation.
Open Service management section
Scroll down to the 'Service management' section within the Operations dashboard. Here you can fork, reset password, pause, or delete the service.
Disable delete protection (production services only)
If your service is a Production-tier service, delete protection is enabled by default. You must first toggle off 'Delete protection' in the Service management section before the delete option becomes available.
Delete the service
Click the 'Delete service' button. A confirmation dialog will appear warning that deletion is permanent and all underlying data will be removed and cannot be recovered. Confirm deletion by typing the service name or ID as prompted, then click 'Delete'.
Repeat for all remaining services
Return to the Services list and repeat steps 2–6 for every service in your account. Billing stops once all services are deleted.
Request full account closure (optional)
Deleting all services stops charges but does not close your Timescale account. To fully terminate your account and the Cloud Terms, send a written notice of termination to legal@tigerdata.com (Timescale rebranded to TigerData). Include your account email and a clear request to close the account.
