Log in to your Toptal account

Go to toptal.com and sign in with your credentials. Toptal's Platform Subscription is a client-facing paid tier, so ensure you are logged in as a client account.

Open Account Settings

Click on your profile avatar or name in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to the Subscription tab

Inside Account Settings, locate and click the 'Subscription' tab to view your current Platform Subscription details and billing information.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

Confirm no active engagements
