Go to britbox.com and sign in to your account with your email and password.
Go to My Account
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select 'My Account' from the dropdown menu.
Select Subscription
In your account settings, find the 'Subscription' or 'Membership' section.
Cancel Subscription
Click 'Cancel Subscription' and follow the prompts. You may be offered a discount to stay.
Confirm cancellation
