Open Settings
In the GitBook app, click the settings (gear) icon at the bottom of the left sidebar.
Go to Organization Settings
Click '[Your Organization Name] Settings' — your org name followed by the word 'Settings'.
Open the Billing tab
In the settings panel left sidebar, click the 'Billing' tab. This opens the Stripe-hosted billing portal.
Click 'Cancel plan'
On the billing page, click the 'Cancel plan' button.
Confirm cancellation
On the confirmation screen, click the second 'Cancel plan' button to finalize. Auto-renewal is immediately disabled and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
