Go to wsj.com and log in to your account using the 'Sign In' link at the top right.
Access your Account settings
Click your name or email at the top right and select 'Account Settings' or 'Manage Account'.
Go to Subscription Management
Find and click 'Subscription' or 'Manage Subscription' in your account settings.
Initiate cancellation
Click 'Cancel Subscription'. The WSJ may present retention offers. You may be routed to a phone call or chat to complete the cancellation.
Call if online cancellation fails
