Is Avocode still available?

No. Avocode was permanently shut down on October 1, 2023 after being acquired by Ceros in 2021. The avocode.com domain now redirects to Ceros pages. If you are still being billed, contact Ceros directly as it would be a billing error.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Avocode's terms stated all paid license purchases were final and non-refundable, with no pro-rated refunds for unused time in the billing cycle. Given the service has been shut down, dispute any ongoing charges with your bank or contact Ceros.

Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?

Account deletion was not done through the cancellation flow. To request full account and data deletion, you needed to email team@avocode.com with an explicit deletion request.

Log in to your Avocode account

Go to avocode.com and sign in with your credentials. Note: Avocode was shut down on October 1, 2023 and the service is no longer active. If you are still being charged, proceed to contact Ceros (the acquiring company) directly.

Open Team Settings

Once logged in, click on your team/account name in the top navigation to open the dropdown menu, then select 'Team Settings'.

Navigate to Billing & Payments

In the Team Settings sidebar, click on 'Billing & Payments' to open your subscription management page.

Click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

Scroll to the subscription section and click the 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION' button. This opens the cancellation flow.

Complete the cancellation survey

A mandatory cancellation survey appears asking for your reason for leaving. Select a reason from the options provided. You may also be offered a 'Pause Subscription' alternative — skip this if you want full cancellation.

Submit the survey

After selecting a reason, click 'SUBMIT & CANCEL' to proceed to the final confirmation step.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'CANCEL & DELETE MY DESIGNS' to complete the cancellation. Despite the alarming button label, designs are NOT immediately deleted — your account remains accessible until the end of the current billing period.

Check for confirmation email

A cancellation confirmation email is sent immediately. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact team@avocode.com to verify the cancellation.
