Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. The weekly lead subscription can be reactivated at any time directly from the 'Suscripciones' section of your dashboard by toggling 'Activado'. For a fixed-term plan, contact support to discuss reactivation options.

How far in advance do I need to cancel to avoid being charged again?

You must contact support and have your cancellation confirmed at least 72 hours before your renewal date. Check your renewal date in your profile settings to ensure you cancel in time.

Can I delete my professional listing from the Habitissimo directory?

Full business/account deletion is not available as a self-service option. You must email soporte@habitissimo.com requesting complete deactivation of your professional listing.

Is the cancellation process different in Mexico, Chile, or Argentina?

Yes. Mexico has a self-service renewal cancellation URL at habitissimo.com.mx/cancelar_renovacion (login required). Other Latin American regions use country-specific support emails: soporte@habitissimo.com.mx (Mexico), soporte@habitissimo.cl (Chile), soporte@habitissimo.com.ar (Argentina).

Log in to your Habitissimo Pro account

Go to habitissimo.es (or your regional domain, e.g. habitissimo.com.mx) and sign in with your professional account credentials.

Open your profile settings

Click on 'Tu Perfil' (Your Profile) in the top navigation menu to access your account settings.

Navigate to Subscriptions

Click the 'Trabajos' (Jobs) tab within your profile, then select 'Suscripciones' from the submenu.

Deactivate your subscription

Click the green 'Activado' (Active) toggle button next to your subscription. A dropdown will appear with pause duration options ranging from 1 day to indefinitely ('Indefinidamente'). Select 'Indefinidamente' to effectively cancel lead delivery.

Cancel automatic plan renewal via email (required for fixed-term plans)

If you have a quarterly or annual Professional Plan, the automatic renewal cannot be cancelled through the dashboard. You must email soporte@habitissimo.com (Spain) or your regional support address at least 72 hours before your renewal date. Request cancellation of your 'renovación automática' (automatic renewal) and keep the confirmation email.

Confirm cancellation

Wait for a confirmation email from Habitissimo support acknowledging that the automatic renewal has been cancelled. Your current plan remains active until the end of the paid period — no further charges will occur after confirmation.
