Will I get a refund when I downgrade or cancel?

No. Hasura's Terms of Service explicitly state that all fees are non-refundable. You will be charged through the end of the current billing day when you downgrade.

Can I access my project and data after downgrading to Free?

Yes. Downgrading to the Free tier keeps your project active with Free-tier limits. If you delete the project entirely, access is revoked immediately — export your data first.

What happens to my data after I delete my project or account?

Data is deleted along with the project. For explicit deletion of personal data or a full account closure, email support@hasura.io. Hasura's Privacy Policy notes account data may be retained up to 3 years of inactivity unless deletion is explicitly requested.

Can I reactivate or upgrade after cancelling?

If you downgraded to Free (without deleting), you can upgrade back to Professional at any time via the project's Usage tab → click 'Upgrade'. If the project was deleted, you must create a new project from scratch.

What happens to a Hasura DDN (v3) trial if I do nothing?

DDN trials automatically downgrade to the DDN Free plan at the end of 30 days. No charge is triggered — you won't be billed unless you explicitly select a paid plan.

How do I cancel a Hasura Enterprise plan?

Enterprise plans have a minimum 12-month commitment and cannot be cancelled via self-service. Contact the Hasura sales or support team at support@hasura.io to initiate cancellation.

Log in to Hasura Cloud

Go to https://cloud.hasura.io and sign in to your account.

Open your project

Click on the project you want to cancel billing for from the Projects list.

Go to General settings

Inside the project, click the 'General' tab in the project settings navigation.

Edit Pricing tier

Scroll to the 'Pricing tier' section and click the edit icon (pencil) on the right side.

Select Free tier

Choose the 'Free' tier from the available options. This stops all charges from the next day onward.

Confirm downgrade

Confirm the plan change. You will be charged at the Professional rate through the end of the current day, then billing stops.

(Optional) Delete the project

To fully remove the project, scroll to the bottom of the project details page and click 'Delete Project'. Export any data you need beforehand — deletion is irreversible.
