Review your contract terms

Before canceling, locate your original Abissnet service agreement to check the notice period (typically 30 days), any early termination fees if you are within a minimum contract period, and equipment return requirements.

Log in to the customer portal

Visit portal.abissnet.al and log in with your credentials. Check under 'Menaxhoni ose ndryshoni Paketen tuaj' (Manage or change your Package) to see if a self-service cancellation or downgrade option is available for your account type.

Contact Customer Care by phone

Call the Customer Care Department at (04) 4300 001 (or +355 44300 001 from outside Albania). State that you want to terminate your contract ('Dua të zgjidhim kontratën'). Have your account number, national ID, and service address ready for identity verification.

Request written confirmation of cancellation

Ask the agent to send a cancellation confirmation by email to your registered address. Note the name of the representative, the date, and the reference/ticket number they provide. If they cannot confirm by email, ask which Abissnet office you must visit in person to sign a termination form.

Visit an Abissnet office if required

If phone cancellation is not accepted for your contract type, visit the Abissnet head office at Rruga Ismail Qemali, Pallati 18, Kati II, Tiranë 1000 with a valid photo ID and a copy of your contract. Request and sign the contract termination ('zgjidhje kontrate') form.

Return any rented equipment

Return any Abissnet-provided equipment (router, ONT, set-top box) at the office or arrange a technician collection. Get a written receipt to avoid future equipment charges.

Confirm final billing and service end date

Call the Billing Department at (04) 4300 010 after submitting your cancellation to confirm your last invoice amount, the exact service end date, and that no further charges will apply after that date.
