Can I cancel Chorus by ZoomInfo mid-contract?

Generally no. Chorus by ZoomInfo is sold as an annual enterprise contract that is non-cancellable mid-term. If ZoomInfo commits a material breach they fail to cure, you may have grounds to terminate early, but this typically requires legal escalation.

Will I get a refund if I cancel?

No. ZoomInfo does not offer pro-rata refunds for voluntary non-renewal. Payments already made under your contract are non-refundable. A refund is only possible if you terminate due to an uncured material breach by ZoomInfo, in which case they are contractually obligated to refund pre-paid fees for the remaining unused period.
