Review your contract end date

Log in to your Finally dashboard and locate your Order Form or original contract to find your renewal date. Finally requires written notice of non-renewal at least 60 days before the end of your current contract term, or your subscription auto-renews for another full annual period.

Send a written cancellation email

Email support@finally.com with the subject line 'Cancellation Request – [Your Business Name]'. State clearly that you wish to cancel and do not want the contract to auto-renew. Include your account name, registered email address, and the desired cancellation effective date. Keep a copy of the sent email as proof.

Call Finally support to confirm

Call 1-800-711-3307 (Mon–Fri, 10am–7pm ET) to follow up on your email. Ask a representative to confirm your cancellation request has been received and logged. Expect to be told the request needs to be 'escalated' — note the rep's name and timestamp of your call.

Navigate the escalation process

Finally's cancellation requires internal escalation. You will likely receive a callback from a different representative. Remain firm — confirm you have submitted written notice and are exercising your right to cancel. Do not agree to any new plans or 'paused' service offers. Request written confirmation of your cancellation status.

Request written cancellation confirmation

Ask Finally to send an email confirming your account closure and the effective cancellation date. Do not consider the process complete until you receive this written confirmation. If confirmation is not received within 5–7 business days, follow up via email and phone.

Export your data within 30 days

After cancellation is confirmed, you have 30 days to request an export of your financial data (transactions, reports, invoices) in a mutually agreed format. Email support@finally.com requesting your data export immediately — Finally may permanently delete all data after this 30-day window.
