Review your contract terms

Before initiating cancellation, check your Order Form or contract for the renewal date and notice period. Outreach requires written notice at least 30 days before the end of your current term. Log in to the Billing Portal at https://customerportal.outreach.io/login to confirm your billing cycle dates under the Invoices tab.

Export your data

Download any data you need to retain before cancellation. Go to your Outreach account settings and export prospect lists, email sequences, templates, and performance reports, as access is cut off immediately upon cancellation or suspension.

Contact your Account Executive

Outreach does not offer a self-serve cancel button. Contact your assigned Account Executive or Sales Representative directly to initiate cancellation. If you do not have their contact, email billing@outreach.io with your account name, the reason for cancellation, and your intended end date.

Submit a written cancellation notice

Send a formal written cancellation notice via email to billing@outreach.io or through the Support Portal (support.outreach.io → 'Contact Support' → open a 'Billing Questions' ticket). State clearly that you are canceling and do not wish to auto-renew. Keep a timestamped copy of this communication.

Confirm cancellation acknowledgment

Follow up to receive written confirmation from Outreach that your cancellation has been processed and auto-renewal is disabled. Without this confirmation, your contract may auto-renew for another 12-month term.

Verify no further charges

Check your Billing Portal at https://customerportal.outreach.io/login under the Payments tab to confirm no additional invoices are generated after your cancellation effective date.
