Will I still have access to my videos after cancellation?

Access ends when your contract term concludes. Panopto's Terms of Service state that upon termination, user content may be deleted from live databases. You must download all videos as MP4 files before your access end date — there is no grace period guaranteed.

Can I get a refund if I cancel early?
