Review your contract terms

Respond to retention outreach
Expect a call or email from Adobe's retention team within 1–3 business days. They will typically offer discounts, plan downgrades, or a pause/defer option. Confirm in writing that you wish to proceed with cancellation if you want to continue.
Obtain written cancellation confirmation
Request a formal cancellation confirmation email specifying your end-of-service date, any early termination fees owed, and confirmation that auto-renewal has been disabled. Keep this for your records.
Export your data before access ends
Download any store data, configurations, customer records, and media assets from your Adobe Commerce Cloud environment before the termination date. Adobe will decommission cloud environments after the contract ends — data may not be recoverable.
