Generally no. Celigo operates on annual subscription contracts. Mid-term cancellation is not standard — you must wait until the end of your contract term and submit a non-renewal notice at least 30 days before that date. Review your specific Quote/contract for any early termination clauses.

Will I get a refund if I cancel?

Celigo's subscription fees are typically non-refundable for the current term. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining subscription period. Check your specific contract terms or contact your Account Manager for details.

How long do I retain access after canceling?

You retain full access to the Celigo platform until the end of your current paid subscription term. Access is not cut off immediately upon submitting a non-renewal notice.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Per Celigo's Service Subscription Agreement, Customer Data is deleted from their systems within 30 days of contract termination. You will not have access to any Customer Data after this 30-day window. Export all necessary data before your subscription ends.

Can I reactivate my account after canceling?

Yes, you can contact Celigo sales to set up a new subscription after cancellation. However, previously deleted Customer Data cannot be recovered. You would start fresh with a new contract and Quote.

What happens if I'm on a free trial and don't upgrade?

Celigo's free trial (30 days) does not automatically charge you. When the trial expires, your account moves to a free plan with limited features — all active flows are disabled, but the account remains open. No cancellation action is needed to avoid charges.

Log in and review your subscription

Log in to the Celigo platform at integrator.io. Click your avatar icon in the upper-right corner and select 'My account', then open the 'Subscription' tab to review your current plan, contract term end date, and renewal date.

Check your contract term and notice deadline

Note your subscription end date. Per Celigo's Service Subscription Agreement, written non-renewal notice must be submitted at least 30 days before the end of your current subscription term. Missing this window may auto-renew your contract.

Contact your Celigo Account Manager

Reach out directly to your assigned Account Manager to initiate cancellation. If you do not know who your Account Manager is, call Celigo at (650) 579-0210 or email info@celigo.com to be directed to the right person.

Submit a written non-renewal notice

Send written notice of your intent not to renew at least 30 days before your contract end date. This can be done via email to your Account Manager or by submitting a support ticket at https://docs.celigo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. State clearly that you do not wish to renew and request confirmation.

Receive cancellation confirmation

Celigo will confirm receipt of your non-renewal notice. Keep this confirmation for your records. Access continues until your contract end date; Celigo will cease providing the platform after that date.

Export your data before access ends

Before your subscription ends, export any integrations, flow configurations, or data you need to retain. Per Celigo's terms, Customer Data is deleted from their systems within 30 days of termination and is not recoverable after that point.
