Log in to Surfshark account
Visit my.surfshark.com and sign in with your Surfshark account email and password.
Go to Billing
In the account dashboard, click "Billing" in the left sidebar to see your subscription details.
Access subscription settings
Click "Manage" next to your active Surfshark plan. You will see your renewal date and cancellation option.
Cancel your plan
Click "Cancel subscription" and complete the cancellation survey. Surfshark may offer a discount or alternative before finalizing.
