Export your contracts
Before cancelling, download all your contracts. In the app, go to your contract list and use the bulk export/download option to save your documents as PDFs.
Open account settings
Log in at app.contractbook.com, then click your account dropdown menu in the top-right corner of the interface.
Navigate to Subscription
Click 'Settings' from the dropdown menu, then select the 'Subscription' tab to view your current plan details and billing information.
Initiate cancellation
Click the 'Cancel Subscription' button on the Subscription settings page.
Provide cancellation reason
Complete the cancellation reason prompt (a standard churn-prevention step — select or enter your reason and proceed).
Confirm cancellation
Click the final confirmation button to complete the cancellation. Save the confirmation email you receive as proof of cancellation.
Contact billing if needed
If the self-service flow is unavailable or you need written confirmation of non-renewal, email support@contractbook.com or call +45 89 88 83 84 (9 AM–5 PM CET) to cancel in writing before your renewal date.
