Log in to your Setapp account
Go to https://my.setapp.com/login and sign in with your Setapp email and password.
Go to the Subscription page
Navigate to https://my.setapp.com/subscription, or click your profile/account name and select 'Subscription' from the menu.
Click 'Manage subscription'
On the Subscription page, locate and click the 'Manage subscription' button.
Click 'Cancel subscription'
Scroll to the bottom of the Manage subscription screen and click the 'Cancel subscription' link or button.
Complete the cancellation survey
Answer 2 short survey questions about why you are canceling. This takes under a minute and is required before you can confirm cancellation.
Confirm the cancellation
Review the cancellation summary confirming your access end date (end of current billing period), then click the final confirmation button to complete the cancellation.
