Can I cancel a monthly Yotpo plan at any time?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time via the Billing section in your dashboard. You retain access until the end of the current billing period, after which your account downgrades and no further charges are made.

Will I get a refund if I cancel an annual plan early?

No. Annual plans are prepaid and non-refundable. If you cancel mid-term, you keep access until the annual period ends but will not receive a prorated refund.

How do I cancel a Premium or Enterprise Yotpo plan?

Self-service cancellation is not available for custom or Enterprise plans. You must contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager directly or open a support ticket at support.yotpo.com. Yotpo's Terms of Service require 30 days written notice before the end of your current term to prevent auto-renewal.

What happens to my reviews data after I cancel?

You should export your reviews and UGC data before cancelling, as access is not guaranteed post-cancellation. Yotpo retains rights to anonymized aggregate usage data per their Terms of Service.

Can I reactivate my Yotpo account after cancelling?

Yes. Log back in to accounts.yotpo.com, go to Billing, and select a plan to reactivate your subscription.

Will cancelling Yotpo affect my Google Seller Ratings?

Yes, eventually. If you rely on Yotpo for Google Seller Ratings or star ratings in product listing ads, these will be lost after cancellation. To preserve your ratings, migrate to another Google-verified partner before cancelling.

Log in to your Yotpo account

Go to accounts.yotpo.com and sign in with your credentials.

Open your profile menu

Click the Profile icon in the upper-right corner of the dashboard.

Navigate to Billing

Select 'Billing' from the dropdown menu that appears under your profile.

Open the plan dropdown

Find the active plan you want to cancel and click the dropdown menu (chevron/arrow) next to it.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

Select 'Cancel subscription' from the dropdown options.

Complete the cancellation wizard

Follow the multi-step cancellation wizard to completion. Yotpo may present retention offers or ask for a reason — continue through each step to finalize the cancellation.

Remove Yotpo from your store

If using Shopify, go to your Shopify Admin > Apps and delete the Yotpo app to prevent any unintended future billing. Also remove any residual Yotpo code snippets from your theme files (theme.liquid, product.liquid).
