Review your contract end date

Log in to your Bloomfire account and check your subscription end date. Cancellation notice must be submitted at least 30 days before your renewal date, or you will be billed for another term.

Back up your content

Before cancelling, export or download all content you want to retain. Navigate to your community settings and generate a content backup. Bloomfire may immediately and permanently delete all User Content upon cancellation with no recovery option.

Compose a cancellation email

Open your email client and create a new message addressed to cancel@bloomfire.com. In the subject line write 'Cancellation Request – [Your Company/Community Name]'.

Include required cancellation details

In the email body, specify: (1) the exact name of the Membership Community you want cancelled, (2) your account/admin email address, (3) your desired cancellation date, and (4) a brief reason for cancelling as required by Bloomfire's terms.

Send and await confirmation

Send the cancellation email and wait for a confirmation reply from Bloomfire. If you do not receive a response within 2–3 business days, follow up or call (877) 483-2777 to confirm receipt.

Confirm cancellation in writing

Keep the confirmation email from Bloomfire as proof of cancellation. Verify that auto-renewal has been disabled on your account to avoid being charged for another subscription term.
