Will I lose access to Parsec immediately after cancelling?

No. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual). You will not be charged again after that date.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Parsec subscriptions are non-refundable. You will retain access through the end of your paid term, but no prorated or partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time by returning to parsec.app/pricing and selecting a plan. Your account and settings are preserved unless you choose to delete your account.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your account and associated data remain intact after cancellation — you simply lose access to paid features (e.g., multi-monitor, 4:4:4 color, privacy mode for Warp). To permanently delete your data, go to parsec.app/settings/account/, scroll to the bottom, click 'Delete Account', and confirm your username.

What happens to my Teams admin panel and team members when I cancel?

Upon cancellation of a Teams plan, team members lose access to Teams-tier features (SSO, admin panel, audit logs, etc.) at the end of the billing period. Individual members revert to the free Personal tier.

How do I cancel if I signed up through a free trial?

The cancellation steps are the same — go to your Billing settings and cancel before the trial end date to avoid being charged. Log in to your Parsec account

Go to parsec.app and sign in with your email and password. Make sure you're logged into the account that holds the active subscription.

Open Account Settings

Click your profile avatar or username in the top-right corner of the dashboard. Select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu, then navigate to the 'Account' tab at parsec.app/settings/account/.

Navigate to Billing / Subscription

For individual Warp subscribers: click the 'Billing' section within your account settings to view your active subscription. For Teams/Enterprise admins: go to dash.parsec.app/teams/subscription/ and use the left sidebar to select 'Products and Subscriptions'.

Locate the cancellation option

Scroll to the bottom of the Billing page. For Warp individual plans, find and click the 'Cancel Subscription' button. For Teams plans, the button is labeled 'Cancel Parsec for Teams'.

Confirm the cancellation

A confirmation dialog will appear summarizing what you will lose access to and when your access ends (the end of your current billing period). Confirm to finalize the cancellation.
