Will I still have access after I cancel?

Yes. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your account downgrades to the free plan.

What happens to my data when I cancel?

Your rankings and historical data are removed. Only your oldest project with up to 25 tracked keywords is retained on the free plan. Resubscribing will not restore lost data.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Ubersuggest has a no-refund policy once the paid period has started. Exceptions: EU/UK customers have a 14-day statutory right to cancel from the date of contract; Brazilian customers have 7 days. Free trial users can cancel within the trial week at no charge.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time by going to Account & Billing and selecting a new plan. However, any data lost during the downgrade period cannot be recovered.

Can I cancel a lifetime plan?

No. Lifetime (one-time payment) plans cannot be canceled, as they are a permanent purchase and not a recurring subscription.

What if I was charged after canceling?

If you were charged after canceling, contact Ubersuggest support at support@ubersuggest.com with proof of your cancellation confirmation. This can happen if the cancellation was not completed before the billing cycle renewed.

Log in to your account

Go to app.neilpatel.com and sign in to your Ubersuggest account with your email and password.

Open Account & Billing

Click the drop-down menu icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select 'Account & Billing' from the menu.

Scroll to the Billing section

On the Account & Billing page, scroll down to find the 'Billing' section where your current plan and subscription details are shown.

Click 'Cancel' under Cancel Subscription

Locate the 'Cancel Subscription' area and click the 'Cancel' button to begin the cancellation flow.

Select a cancellation reason

Choose a reason for canceling from the list provided (e.g., too expensive, not using it, missing features). You may optionally add written feedback.

Confirm with 'Cancel Account'

Review the cancellation terms shown on screen, check any required checkboxes acknowledging what you will lose (historical data, tracked keywords, etc.), then click 'Cancel Account' to finalize.
