Can I still use Zeplin after canceling?

Yes. Your paid plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan, which supports only one active project.

Will I get a refund when I cancel?

No. Zeplin does not offer refunds for cancellations. You can continue using your subscription until the end of the billing cycle you've already paid for.

What happens to my projects when I cancel?

Once your paid plan expires, any projects and styleguides beyond the Free plan's limit are automatically archived. Archived projects remain stored in the cloud and stay confidential — they are not deleted.

Can I reactivate my subscription and recover archived projects?

Yes. You can resubscribe to a paid plan at any time and reactivate your archived projects and styleguides.

Who is allowed to cancel the subscription?

For Basic plans, only the account Owner can cancel. For Advanced, Team, and Organization plans, an Admin or higher role is required.

Can I resubscribe to my old plan if I cancel a legacy plan?

No. If you were on a legacy plan (Starter, Growing Business, Team, or Organization), you cannot resubscribe to that same plan after canceling. You would need to subscribe to one of Zeplin's current plan tiers.

Log in to Zeplin

Go to app.zeplin.io and sign in to your Zeplin account.

Open Billing settings

For a Basic plan: click your profile avatar (top right) and select 'Profile', then click the 'Billing' tab. For an Advanced, Team, or Organization plan: open the relevant workspace, click the settings gear icon (top right of the Workspace Members page), then click the 'Billing' tab.

Click 'Change plan'

On the Billing tab, click the 'Change plan' button to open the plan selection window.

Click 'Cancel plan'

In the plan selection window, locate your current plan and click the 'Cancel plan' button beneath it. For Team/Organization plans, a blue banner with the cancel link may appear after clicking 'Change plan'.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation when prompted. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account downgrades to the Free plan.
