Can I still watch TOD after I cancel?

Yes. After cancellation your subscription remains active until the last day of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again after that unless you reactivate.

Will I get a refund if I cancel early?

No. TOD does not offer prorated refunds. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the billing period ends but no partial refund is issued.

How do I cancel if I subscribed via the App Store?

App Store subscriptions can only be cancelled through Apple ID Settings on an iOS device. Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, find TOD, and tap Cancel Subscription.

How do I cancel if I subscribed via Google Play?

Open Google Play, tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, select TOD, then tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can reactivate at any time by logging back into your TOD account and selecting a new subscription plan.

What if there is no cancel option visible in my account settings?

If no cancel option appears, your subscription may have been purchased via the App Store or Google Play — in which case you must cancel through that platform. If you subscribed directly on tod.tv, try the path: My Account > Subscription > Switch Package > Manage Package > Unsubscribe. If still unavailable, contact TOD support at support.tod.tv.

Sign in to your account

Go to tod.tv and sign in with your TOD account credentials (email and password).

Open My Account

Click on your profile icon or name in the top-right corner of the page, then select 'My Account' from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Subscription

In your account settings, scroll down to find the 'Subscription' section showing your current active plan.

Click 'Switch Package'

Click the 'Switch Package' button next to your active subscription. Note: the cancel option is not directly visible — it is buried inside this menu.

Select 'Manage Package'

On the package selection screen, look for and click the 'Manage Package' option (not a new plan).

Click 'Unsubscribe'

Click the 'Unsubscribe' button to initiate cancellation.

Confirm cancellation

A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm your decision to cancel. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
