What happens to my data and models after cancellation?

DataRobot deletes all Customer Data upon account termination. You should export any models, datasets, or assets you need before the contract end date. For free trials, data is deleted 30 days after the trial expires.

Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?

There is no documented reactivation process. You would need to contact DataRobot's sales team to negotiate a new contract.

How do I request deletion of my personal data?

Submit a data deletion request to privacy@datarobot.com before the standard retention period expires. DataRobot may retain contact information and user profiles even after account closure unless explicitly requested.

Is there a self-service cancel button in the app?

Locate your account representative

Find the contact details of your assigned DataRobot account representative. This was provided when your contract was signed. DataRobot has no self-service cancellation — all cancellations go through account/sales reps.

Log in to the support portal

Go to https://support.datarobot.com/ and log in with your DataRobot credentials. You can also click the '?' (Help) icon in the upper-right corner of the DataRobot app and select 'Contact Support'.

Submit a cancellation request

Create a support ticket stating your intent to cancel/not renew at end of contract term. If you do not have a support portal login, email support@datarobot.com directly with your account details and cancellation request.

Engage with your account representative

Your account representative will reach out to discuss the cancellation. DataRobot directs all cancellation conversations through account reps — be prepared for a retention conversation before the request is formally processed.

Export your data before contract ends

Before the contract end date, export any models, datasets, or other assets you need. DataRobot deletes all Customer Data upon account termination. There is no grace period for paid accounts after the contract ends.

Confirm non-renewal in writing
