Locate your order confirmation email
Find the original order or subscription confirmation email from MUSH BARF (sent from tilaus@mushbarf.fi or info@mushbarf.fi). Note your order number and the email address used to place the order.

Use the on-page contact form (enter your Name, Country, Question, and Email) — or email info@mushbarf.fi directly. For order/delivery cancellations, email tilaus@mushbarf.fi. State clearly: your full name, order number, and that you wish to cancel your recurring order or subscription.
Call customer service if urgent
If you need immediate cancellation (e.g., before the next delivery ships), call +358 40 680 9818 during phone hours: 10:00–12:00 (Finland time, weekdays). Support is available in Finnish, English, and Swedish.
Confirm cancellation
Wait for a reply confirming the cancellation. If you do not receive confirmation within 1–2 business days, follow up by phone. Keep the confirmation email for your records.
