Can I get a refund after cancelling?

No. Cal.com's Terms of Service state that paid subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but the current period is not refunded.

Can I reactivate my subscription later?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time by going back to Settings → Billing and selecting a paid plan. Your data and event types are preserved on the free tier.

What happens to my data and bookings after cancellation?

Your account, event types, and booking history are retained on the free plan. Features exclusive to paid plans (e.g., advanced workflows, team features, higher usage limits) will be disabled, but your core data is not deleted.

Log in to Cal.com

Go to https://cal.com and sign in to your account using your email and password (or SSO/Google login).

Open Settings

Click your avatar or profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard, then select **Settings** from the menu.

Navigate to Billing

In the Settings sidebar, click **Billing** under the account section. This takes you to https://cal.com/settings/billing.

Open the Billing Portal

On the Billing page, click the **Manage billing** or **Billing portal** button. This opens Stripe's customer portal in a new tab, where your payment methods, invoices, and subscription details are listed.

Cancel the subscription

Inside the Stripe billing portal, locate your active Cal.com plan and click **Cancel plan** or **Cancel subscription**. You may be prompted to select a cancellation reason from a short dropdown.

Confirm cancellation

Click **Cancel plan** (or **Confirm cancellation**) on the confirmation screen. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it reverts to the free tier.

Check for confirmation email

Cal.com/Stripe will send a cancellation confirmation to your registered email address. Keep this as proof of cancellation.
