Review your contract and notice period
Locate your signed Service Order (contract) and check the renewal date and required notice period (typically 30–90 days before renewal). Domo contracts are annual or multi-year and are explicitly non-cancellable mid-term — you can only opt out of renewal, not exit early.
Contact your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager
Reach out directly to your named Domo Account Executive (AE) or Customer Success Manager (CSM) via email or phone to inform them of your intent not to renew. This must be done before the notice deadline in your contract.
If no named contact, contact Domo Support
Call Domo at (800) 899-1000 (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm MT), email info@domo.com, or submit a request at support.domo.com. State clearly that you do not wish to renew your subscription.
Export your data before access ends
While your account is still active, export all DataSets using Domo's built-in export tools (CSV/Excel). Negotiate a data offboarding window with your AE if needed. Free accounts get up to 30 days post-termination to export data.
For free trial or credit-card accounts: cancel via Account Settings
Log in at domo.com, go to Account Settings, select 'Subscriptions' from the menu, find your subscription, and click 'Cancel Subscription'. Confirm the cancellation — a confirmation email will be sent.
Confirm cancellation in writing
Request a written confirmation of non-renewal from your AE or from support@domo.com. Keep this for your records to avoid being auto-billed for another term.
