Will I still have access after canceling?

Yes. Your account remains fully active until the end of your current billing period. You can still log in, use features, and export your data during this time.

Can I get a refund when I cancel?

No refunds are issued for monthly plans. If you are on an annual plan, you can request a refund within 30 days of initial purchase or within 45 days of annual renewal.

Can I reactivate my account after canceling?

Yes. Canceled accounts can be reactivated within 6 months and all data will be restored. After 6 months, your data may be permanently deleted and recovery is not guaranteed.

What happens to my sub-accounts when I cancel?

All sub-accounts under the canceled main subscription are automatically canceled at the same time.

Can I export my data before the account closes?

Yes. While your account is in 'Pending Cancellation' state you can still log in and export a CSV of all your subscriber/people data from within the app.

What if I change my mind after canceling?

You can undo the cancellation at any time before your billing period ends. Log back in and reverse the cancellation from your Billing Settings while the account is still in 'Pending Cancellation' state.

Log in to Drip

Go to app.getdrip.com and log in. Note: only the account owner can cancel — admins receive an error and contributors do not see the cancellation option.

Open Settings

Click your account name or the settings gear icon in the top navigation to open the Settings menu.

Go to Billing

In the Settings menu, select 'Billing Settings' to open your subscription and billing information.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

Scroll to the bottom of the Billing Settings page and click the 'Cancel Subscription' button. If you are on a high-volume/enterprise plan, you will be directed to contact your Success Manager instead of seeing this button.

Complete the exit survey

Select a reason for cancellation from the required exit survey. This step is mandatory before you can proceed.

Submit the survey

Click 'Submit' to submit your cancellation reason.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Confirm Subscription Cancellation' to finalize. Your account enters 'Pending Cancellation' state and remains active until the end of your current billing period.
