Review your Order Form

Locate your signed Order Form and identify the subscription end date, any notice period requirements, and whether a 'termination for convenience' clause was negotiated. Most contracts run for a fixed annual or multi-year term with no mid-contract exit without cause.

Initiate contact 90–120 days before renewal

Send written non-renewal notice
