Can I still access Hive after I cancel?

Yes. Your workspace remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, the account is deactivated and you lose access to paid features.

Will I get a refund if I cancel before my billing period ends?

No. Hive's policy states that subscription fees are non-cancellable once paid and non-refundable. There are no credits or refunds for partially used periods.

Is my data deleted when I cancel?

Hive preserves your data after cancellation so you can reactivate and pick up where you left off. You can log back into your account to access your workspace if you resubscribe.

Open Settings

Log into your Hive workspace. Click the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-left corner of the app, then select 'Account' from the dropdown.

Go to Billing

Inside Account settings, click 'Update, cancel, or view your subscription'. You will be redirected to the Billing Portal. Alternatively, navigate directly to Settings → Billing.

Open the Billing Portal

In the Billing Portal, review your current plan details. For monthly subscribers, locate and click the 'Cancel Plan' button.

Confirm Cancellation

A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm your cancellation. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

Annual subscribers: Contact Support

If you are on an annual plan, you cannot self-cancel via the portal. Instead, click the blue question mark (?) icon in the bottom-right corner of the Hive app to open the in-app chat, and ask the customer success team to cancel your subscription.
