Will I lose access immediately after canceling?

No. You retain full access to gyms and all Wellhub features until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused time.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Generally no — subscriptions are non-refundable. The exception is residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) and UK, who have a 14-day right of withdrawal if they have not used any Third Party Provider services.

How far in advance do I need to cancel?

Cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged. To be safe, Wellhub recommends canceling 3 business days before the renewal date.

If I cancel, will my family members' plans also be canceled?

No. Each family member's subscription must be canceled individually. Go to the 'Family Members' section, tap the three-dot menu next to each person's name, and cancel their plan separately.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Yes. You can reactivate at any time by logging back into the app or website and choosing a new plan. There are no waiting periods or reactivation fees.

What happens to my personal data after I cancel?

Wellhub retains your data only as long as necessary under applicable law. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting Wellhub support at helpcenter.wellhub.com.

Log in to Wellhub

Open the Wellhub app (iOS/Android) or go to wellhub.com and sign in to your account.

Go to your Profile

In the app, tap the profile/gear icon in the bottom navigation. On the web, click the arrow next to your username in the top-right corner.

Open Subscription settings

In the app, tap 'Account' then 'Subscription'. On the web, select 'Plan Management' from the dropdown menu.

Tap Manage Subscription

Tap or click 'Manage Subscription' to open your current plan details.

Select Cancel Subscription

Scroll to the bottom of the plan management screen and tap 'Cancel' or 'Cancel Subscription'.

Confirm cancellation

Tap 'Continue to cancel' on the first confirmation screen, then tap 'Cancel subscription' on the final confirmation to complete the process.

Check for confirmation

You should see an in-app confirmation message and receive a cancellation confirmation email. Keep this as proof of cancellation.
