What happens to my data when I downgrade to the Personal plan?

The Personal plan has stricter limits (25 GB storage vs. Cloud's configurable limit). Data exceeding Personal plan limits may need to be trimmed. If you fully terminate your account, Axiom may delete customer data within 15 days of termination.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Axiom does not offer explicit refunds for the self-serve Cloud plan. All fees accrued prior to downgrading remain owed per their Terms of Service. Pre-purchased compute credits cannot be refunded upon termination.

How do I reactivate my paid plan after downgrading?

You can upgrade back to Axiom Cloud at any time via Settings > Plan inside app.axiom.co. Your usage-based billing resumes immediately upon upgrading.

Who is allowed to cancel or downgrade the plan?

Only users with billing modification permissions can downgrade the plan — typically the organization owner or users explicitly granted billing access via Settings > Users (RBAC controls).

Is there a way to pause spending without fully cancelling?

Yes. Go to Settings > Billing and click 'Manage limit' to set a monthly spending cap. When the cap is reached, Axiom automatically pauses cost-generating actions, which is an alternative to fully downgrading.

How do I delete my Axiom account entirely?

To delete your user account, go to Settings > Profile and click 'Delete account'. This is permanent and irreversible. Per the Terms of Service, you should also notify Axiom in writing (via in-app support or email to sales@axiom.co) to formally terminate the agreement.

Log in to Axiom

Go to https://app.axiom.co and sign in to your account.

Open Settings

Click on 'Settings' in the left sidebar navigation.

Navigate to Plan

Under Settings, select 'Plan' to view your current subscription details.

Open the More menu

Click the 'More' button (three-dot ellipsis icon) next to your current Cloud plan.

Select Downgrade

Click 'Downgrade' from the dropdown menu to initiate the downgrade to the free Personal plan, which is the effective cancellation of the paid Cloud subscription.

Confirm the downgrade

Confirm the downgrade when prompted. This removes the $25/month platform fee and reverts your organization to the free Personal plan limits (25 GB storage, 30-day retention, 2 datasets, 1 user).
