Can I still use ExpressVPN after I cancel?

Yes. After turning off auto-renewal, you keep full VPN access until the last day of your current paid billing cycle. Access is only cut off immediately if you request and receive a refund.

Will my account be deleted after I cancel?

No. Your account (email and login) remains active after cancellation. You can still log in but cannot use the VPN service. To delete your account and personal data, go to account settings and choose 'Delete After Expiry' (deleted when subscription ends) or 'Delete Now' (immediate). Do not delete your account before claiming a refund, as billing support requires account access.

Can I reactivate my subscription later?
